My name is Stacy , and like you I have been YOYO dieting my whole life .

I am a diabetic , I have knee issues , blood pressure issues , and fatty liver issues .

I have tried for years to help myself , and I am still trying .

In August I have my first appointment with the GI nutrition clinic .

I am not looking at surgery options yet , right now I am just looking for nutrition advice and possibly a prescription to help my out of whack system ...

Hi Buddy!

I am doing well. I'm at the same weight as earlier, but that's OK. I am still 12 pounds ligher thabn where I started! I tried Zumba yesterday. It was fun! Might have to do it again today!

Way to go on being another 2 lbs down!

If you like being on a "spark team," I have found Inspiration, motivation, and perspiration a good one.
