I have created a new team called Take Back Your Life. It's for everyone who is ready to do what it takes to take control. Do you want to eat better? Exercise more? De-clutter? Become more balanced? Whatever it is, this team is for you.

I would like to have weekly team challenges, general chats, and lots of support. We'll share tips on eating well, exercises we love, and things we do to make our life more focused.

I am also looking for a co-leader to help me with this. Someone who could help set up challenges, answer questions, and take charge when I'm away. Please let me know if you'd be interested.
