No More Excuses!

2010 was a great year for me. I graduated with a Master's lost 36lbs and finished my first 1/2 marathon. On Jan 9, 2011, I finished my first full marathon (Walt Disney World) thanks in a large part to the encouragement and support of my Spark Friends.

In 2010 I also celebrated my 25th anniversary with my wife on a cruise (her long time dream) and bought her a 250Z (also her long time dream) although it wasn't brand new.

I have a lot to be thankful for, but I also put back on 20 lbs of the 36 lbs I had lost after starting to train for the marathon (I craved more carbs) and the holidays so I am excited to get back to a regular routine in this New Year 2011.

If I can do anything to help anyone out there, don't hesitate to ask. I would love to Pay It Forward.
