My Goals:
I have a thyroid issue so losing like most people just isn't realistic for me. My goal is to lose at least 4 lbs per month (1 lb per week for 4 weeks). Here's where I want to be:

Goals:

Short term – one month:
Lose a pound a week for a month
Stay smoke free for a month

Mid term 3 – 6 months:
Lose a pound a week for 3 - 4 months
Stay smoke free for 3 - 6 months
Pay off small credit card

Long term – 1 year:
Keep weight off/manageable
Go to Fiji for 5th Anniversary

Reasons for Goals:
Be a role model for Alicia (my daughter)
Be healthy
Feel sexy

Rewards:
145– pedicure
135 – massage
130 – new clothes
Fiji with James!

My Program:
I'm doing a modified Atkins diet and watching my carbs. Trying to get in at least 30 minutes of some sort of exercise every weekday but taking the weekends off.
