Third time HAS to be a charm!
I'm your typical "well rounded" Southern girl I guess you can say. I'm 37 years old, married for 16 years, and I have 3 children. My three times a charm heading leads way to an indication that I've gone down this road twice before....and failed. First time was in 2001, I tried to get myself on track and was very serious about it. Upon losing weight, quitting smoking, and daily exercising....I ended up pregnant with twins. First time was in 2001, I tried to get myself on track and was very serious about it. Upon losing weight, quitting smoking, and daily exercising....I ended up pregnant with twins. I guess my healthy body was "rewarding" me. Well, needless to say...I gained it all back. When my twins were 6, I finally found it in me to get back in the gym and to eat right. I quickly lost 75lbs and felt wonderful! My mother, who was my biggest cheerleader and supporter, suddenly passed and I went into a downward spiral! No more excuses! I took the plunge Memorial Day this year and made sure everyone knew so I could be held accountable both at home and at work, I've lost 45lbs since and I'm exactly where I was when I lost my mom....but I cant seem to lose anymore!! I'm still eating right and exercising but twice I've lost to this weight and found myself stuck!! I need help, a nudge, a push....pull....whatever!

My Goals:

My Program:
Everything I eat (with the exception of my dinner salad) is measured and accounted for. I keep 100 calorie baggies of healthy snacks in fruit bowls (as well as fruit). I've started a treadmill routine for 50 min a day which includes 5 mins of warmup....then walk 4 mins/jog 1 min. I alternate this out for the duration of my workout.
