I have a new look at life....I am now a mother and a wife! When I first came here about a year ago I was here for myself, I was ready for a change, not only to lose weight but to become fit and live a healthier lifestyle. Just like most 19 year olds I was eating a lot of pizza and burgers and chips and drinking nothing but soda and beer daily! I have a new look at life....I am now a mother and a wife! When I first came here about a year ago I was here for myself, I was ready for a change, not only to lose weight but to become fit and live a healthier lifestyle. Just like most 19 year olds I was eating a lot of pizza and burgers and chips and drinking nothing but soda and beer daily! I had great friends that never made me feel out of place but then I started noticing my clothes gettingtighter, I was hiding from mirrors and cameras and finally I weighed myself and I was around 190! I had no idea!!! So I took control, I evaluated the situation and pretty much opened my eyes. I was about as unhealthy as it gets and it needed to stop now! Before it got out of control!
See I should have seen it coming...I have always been a little bit bigger then my friends and for the most part was confortable I thought! But then I realized I never wanted to be in pictures and the ones I did have I hid. I truely was self conscience and disgusted with myself just tried to look past it. My entire family were extremely obese and I guess i just looked at them when I was feeling down and that is how I made myself feel skinny. But the problem with that I had the same metabolism and as I got older and got comfortable with eating unhealthy I was in jepordy of becoming like them.
So since October of 2008 I have been constantly researching and trying to make better decisions. Again I don't only want to be thin I want to be healthy for me and my children. I want them to grow up being active and eating healthier and know how to live a healthier lifestyle. I don't want them to not be able to run around and play with tier mother because she is over wieght and sluggish because there is no excuse for that!!
So here is to healthy living!!! It is my time to shine!

Fitness Minutes: 3,847
1. Drink atleast 8 glasses a day. (The easiest goal I have)
2. Exercise atleast 4 days a week for 45mins.
3. Think about myself (Been Neglecting myself for to long)
4. NO Soda or fast food!
5. Eat no more than 1500 calories a day.
6. Eat breakfast every day!
7. Have a half hour of relaxation a day.
8. Write in journal when stressed.
9. Use reward system.
10. Set mini goals (daily, weekly, monthly)
11. Also make healthy choices for family, not just self.
12. Get a few buddies to work out with instead of just one.
13. Save money! (think before spend)
14. Spend more time with family and friends!
15. Take a daily vitamin
Have a combination of eating healthy and exercising. I am going to use the willpower I know I have and say no. I am going to have healthy snacks with me at times since all my friends are extremely skinny and love to eat out. I have to single myself out to truely do what will make me happy. for once I have to just think of ME, ME, ME!!!
Loves to spend time with my beautiful baby girl and husband. Enjoys going shopping, going on long walks and drives, hot baths, massages, getting my hairs or nails done, hanging out with friends and cleaning :)
I beleive you should live every day to the fullest and look at every bad situation as a learning experience and try to make good out of it. Stress can ruin your life so always think of it half full!!!

190- A whole nights sleep! (new baby at home)
185- New shoes!
(Completed 10-12 and end of 1 week post partum!)
180- A haircut
175- A date night with my Hubby!

150- New workout clothes!
