Hi, thanks for visiting my page. I'm Suzanne. I'm a former RN and am trying to get healthy. I have had lots of ups and downs the last few years. Unfortunately, mostly downs, but things are looking up and I'm determined to get my weight under control.

My Goals:
I want to shop in the "regular" size section. Be able to run up the stairs without a single heavy breath. Live life everyday to the fullest. Being a former oncology nurse, I'm all to aware that tomorrow is not guaranteed.
My Program:
I am not currently working, taking care of my husband who is having a lot of health issues. I've rejoined the gym and currently training to walk/jog a 5K (have walked one before) and going to classes at the gym 2 or 3 days a week.
Personal Information:
I live out in the country about 40miles SW of Atlanta with my husband and dogs. No children, but my husband came with 4, so that is PLENTY!!!
I am blessed!!!!!!
Other Information:
I love to garden. I'm fortunate to live on a very large piece of property and have tons of room to play in the dirt. I'm also a rabid NASCAR fan. (And no, I'm not a redneck and I have all my teeth.) My favorite driver is #48 Jimmie Johnson, 5 time champ. My pride and joy are my two "babies", Dom and Vic. They are the sweetest dogs I have ever owned. We rescued both of them from the Coweta County animal shelter. Dom was scheduled for euthanasia the next day.
