Just Do It!

Goodness, it's nearly two years since I first looked at SparkPeople, and eighteen months since we started the program in earnest.
My husband and I are doing this together, as empty- nesters. (We tend to fall off the wagon when our son and daughter come home!) We really enjoy exercising together, especially using Leslie Sanson's DVDs. We have always enjoyed walking.

The exercise is the easy part, and I'm still struggling with comfort snacking . I have ten pounds which come ...

The permanent loss of twenty pounds has made a great difference to my life. I am a lot more energetic and confident. Thanks to SparkPeople I am working on other goals too.

Here I am back again. Today, I have no time to chart my foods : I have to remember how all that works, so I have been "out" for a long time.
Tomorrow is DAY ONE ! (even if today I have begun here) I wish that we can reach our goals (there are many !) AND WE WILL !

I am doing well. Thanks so much for asking. I have not lost any more weight, either. At a plateau (seems like forever). As always, you seem to know when I am feeling somewhat bummed, because of my weight. I now have that fear of putting the weight back on, because I am eating normal food. When I was attending Medical Weight Loss Clinic, I didn't worry as much, because I was basically eating exactly what they told me to eat (some not so normal) and lost the weight and even exercised vigorously. Now, I feel as if I am cheating and the weight is just ready to pounce at any second. But, because of your words of encouragement, I am certain I (we) can do it! Thanks!
