My Goals:
Started at 222 want to get down to 165 by May! Update: As of May 16, 2011 I've set another goal. To lose an additional 10 pounds on top of my original goal of 165. 155 here I come! :)
My Program:
Lowering my calorie intake and following a modified South Beach Diet for a month then incorporating the carbs like pasta and bread back in slowly. Getting a gym membership, exercising and using SparkPeople to calculate my calorie intake and weight loss.
