Day 1 (yes again!#@%)

I heard about SP in 2010, signed up but didn't get with it until 2011. When I did, I used the tools & lost weight, pretty simple. Then came the holidays, birthdays, a vacation, a lay off, a new job, & now it's 2013 and I am back to the beginning. I have had many "re-starts" and will keep trying until old healthy me sticks. 5*17*13

My Goals:
To eat more whole clean foods, and work on increasing my fiber and protein.

Plan and track all of my food.

No exercise right now due to a a car accident I was in, but can start walking soon, but the gym has to wait for now.

Lose 10 lbs - 6*15*13
Lose 21 lbs - 8*1*13

Live life now!

My Program:
Avoiding processed foods, increase intake of whole, fresh and local foods.

Planning my meals!

Water, water & more water!

Exercise is on hold right now, but once I am released, think I will head to the gym where I can commit better then to my downstairs.

I've still been horridly off track, but am making a conscious effort this weekend to get my eating under control.

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that even though I've been away from SP for the past several months (bogged down with work and stress) I am looking forward to ending the mighty-year-of-challenges that has plagued me this past year and start fresh soon... I may be still a bit scarce around here for the next little while but I did want to let you know that I've been thinking of you and hope you are doing well in life, in happiness, and in your journey.

Thanks so much for reading and commenting on my at goal blog. I am sorry to hear your struggling. I found when I was the best way to overcome was to set small goals for each day. Like today I will do ten minutes of fitness and sometimes that was all I did but making that small commitment seemed to keep it in the front of my thinking and lead me back on track. I hope your having a successful day!
