Just a Haggard Mom...

Once again I find myself needing to stay accountable- to keep the weight *off*

My Goals:
I'm trying to stay fit and drink more water!
I'm also trying to get more organized... that's going to be harder than the fitness goal!

My Program:
Yoga on Monday
Strength training with trainer on Wednesday and Friday.
Hopefully some cardio in between.
Try to stay between 1300 & 1500 calories per day.
Making a conscious effort to limit high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

Personal Information:
I'm a 35 year old married stay at home mom in Beaverton, OR. I have a 8 year old and a 5 1/2 year old.

Other Information:
It took me 2 years to lose 35 lbs. Now I've got to *maintain* it! And maybe lose those last 5 LOL...
