Reached my goal weight of 128 lbs on March 30th, 2012! Then ramped it right back up again! In Jan of 2015 I stopped eating all processed carbs, and I'm finding it agrees with me. I'm on my way back down to my healthy weight of 135. After that, I will focus on building muscle.

I'm 45 years old and have two little ones and a great husband whom I adore.

My Goals:
To maintain between 133 and 137 scale weight while reducing body fat % and increasing lean muscle mass %. Also, perfecting my macros.

My Program:
I eat an average of 1200 calories a day and do not currently workout. Looking at starting that up in October of this year (2015).

Personal Information:
Am a mother of 2 precious little ones.
Have a degree in Drama from Carson-Newman College in Tennessee.
Am originally from North Carolina, but live in Arkansas now.
Am a huge Tarheel Fan!

Other Information:
Love food, which is why I'm here - I eat too much of it!

Hi Haddasah, welcome to Spark! My target weight is 135 as well, but I have a longer way to go to get there. I was an older mom as well, my son is now 22 and on his own. It has been a great experience. I'm glad you're on the LR team! Feel free to friend me and I will do the same! emoticon

I am going to be an older mommy. I am also from the Carolinas, Upstate South, and from the Mountains of North. I like your attitude towards being a mom later in life. Congrats on your health journey. emoticon emoticon
