Need a little spark...

Trying to learn how to eat right. I eat healthy but mostly do low carb. Excercise between 5-6 days a week at a local gym. Includes cardio and weight training. Hoping to meet people to get me motivted, I am losing my love for the gym and working out.

My Goals:
I am already thin but would like to fit back into my size 4's!

My Program:
I got to the gym 5-6 days a week. 4 days of strength training and cardio on all days. I eat mostly low-carb, example, egg whites for breakfast, salad for lunch or grilled chicked and the same for dinner.

Hello-hello! Happy New Year!

I thought I'd say, don't lose your love for the gym... that would be terrible... and I'd like to start crashing your lunchtime walking parties again.

... and while I'm at it, I also love, "A Prayer for Owen Meany,"... I made my mom & my husband read it too.

Ok, I'm obviously stalling from doing work... otherwise, I wouldn't have been poking on Christy's page & found you. Back to the grindstone.
