This is my space on Spark. I am looking to lose about 60 lbs. I've lost 30 lbs before, but gained it all back. Looking to try again, and stick with it this time! I am also a seller on ebay, it's how I pay for my son's college. I sell shoes:

Once I get down to my goal, I will cut back and work on a maintenance routine. If you've never tried Tabata, you owe it to yourself to try. I find it a lot less boring than other routines I have tried. Will keep checking in daily a logging food/exercise.

Great job! I just did 30 mins. of cardio and weights...walked over 7 miles yesterday!

I just came back from a 35 minutes bicycle ride. By 8:50 I was out and riding. I forgot my gloves and my chain fell off. Oh well I will get the feelings back in my hands and the chain was not a problem for long. I also used my 5 pd exercise hula hoop for 10 minutes. I have now burned over 200 calories for today. emoticon
