I have dropped +-31lbs since July '06 and still have it off.

70.3 Tri sub 6hr:
Stay relatively injury free.
Level off between 155 - 160lbs.

My Program:
Moderate mileage with some weight training. 2-3 runs & 2 rides per week with one long run or ride. Swimming! Listening to my body for clues on when to take it easy. Love the tempo run.

Thank you for your post of the "Fathead" link. Very informative. I took the time to watch the whole movie documentary. Very informative and entertaining as well. Sound like the premise is leaning heavily towards the Atkins type diet. I went on the Atkins diet and lost plenty of weight but it eventually failed because I had those "CARBS" screaming at me to eat them! I think a good mixture is what it came down to, limit the carbs to a healthy level of 100 grams and not the level the FDA & USDA recommends of 300 grams. emoticon

Yep, I was doing the CapTex Tri - I saw some folks with Team Endure, wish I had known you were among them!

P.S. Do you know Rosemary @ Lifetime Fitness? She knows some folks with Team Endure and used to coach with them; she's my coach.
