Hey Dakata: I saw that you are running the Walt Disney World Marathon in January. This is on my marathon "to do" list and would love to hear how it goes! I did hear it it is very crowded at the start line, but what marathon isn't these days. Just thought you could keep me in the loop! Good luck with your training! I know you're training hard! ~ Sue

Thanks for checking in. I haven't been sparking much. Life has been busy for me. I have a great new hobby that has me hiking outdoors a lot on weekends. This is in addition to my cardio 6 to 7 days a week and my strength training 3 X a week. I guess I am addicted to physical fitness. I have to buckle down on my eating though. I want to get these nine pounds off and keep them off. I am doing great otherwise and with my new hobby my daughters and I are enjoying quality time and family fitness time together.
