Hi I saw your post on the stess busting spark team. If you hate to journal, really, don't do it. You shouldn't do anything that makes your stress worse. If you have friends to chat to - that is enough. Finding out what de-stresses you is the key - other than boxes of chocolates with an old movie (I'm in one of those moods today!) Good luck unwinding and relaxing - and getting fit!
