I used to be in decent shape, but then I moved to a small town far away from my martial arts instructors and my own dojo. My workout space is TINY, and I have found it hard to motivate myself to work out alone. I have recently gotten back on track, and hope to keep pushing myself.

Glad you found some! It is pretty awesome. I don't know if it would replace cheese for me if I still ate it. emoticon

Hi there! Saw your post in the veggie boards and had to leave you a reply. Brewers yeast is very different from nutritional yeast! Nutritional yeast has a delicious, almost buttery flavor (you can use it to season EVERYTHING, my fave is popcorn!) and make vegan (I'm vegan) parmesan.
If you can't find it in the store (ask your local co-op, if there is one, to order it) order it online. I order tons of food items from swansonvitamins.com or Vitamin shoppe. They must have it! Good luck!
