"Where there's a will,...there's a way!!!"

Those who have gone before me say,..."Never stop trying!!!" I cannot even guess how many times I've tried to diet. I've been on Weight Watchers (most successful program), the Cambridge Diet, Weight Loss Clinic, Atkins, South Beach,...and the list goes on. I guess you can say I am persistent!!!

My Goals:
Measure success by how I feel and how my clothes fit, not just the numbers on the scale!

Be mindful of what I eat and how it influences outcomes.

Surround myself with positive, goal-oriented people!

My Program:
Cardio a minimum of 30 min./day (C25K, Zumba, Leslie Sansone DVDs, etc.).

Strength training 2x/wk.

Welcome to SparkPeople! I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Hello, I am so happy to see that you found your way here to Spark. This is such a wonderfully supportive community and I hope that you jump right in and learn to use the tools here. There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log. I started out with 5 lb goals and keep my weigh tracker to reflect those goals.. Have a nice day, debbie
