Hey Girl, I hope you doing great!, It can be hard sometimes to find time to work out, don't ever feel you have to working for 30mins in one block you can split it up in to 5-10 bits and do it over the day. Or on your days off take time for your self and go for a long walk or jog. Find reasons to be more active. Do you have a pedometer? then you can try to aim for 10,000 steps a day, i don't consentrate on it i only get around 2000 - 3000 since i got a pedometer i have been averaging around 9000.
