Came back in July '14 after 3 1/2 years

I'm 64 yrs old and a 15 yr breast cancer survivor. I suffer from neuropathy due to Taxol (chemo drug) with pain throughout my body most of this time. Surgery on both knees 24 years ago + bad hip began to limit my exercise ability 10 years ago + weight gain slowed me down even more. Now need to loose the wt and increase my mobility, flexibility, and endurance while adding some muscle.

Did know that is where you were from. The summer before my son was born like 1996, I was on a mission trip in that area. I remember that name! I was a youth leader and the pastor and his wife were from somewhere that started with a V!

Thanks for your comment on my Procrastination blog. Yes, I had pieces of paper missing also, and have had to make a few calls. But, we'll get there, won't we?

Thanks for posting on my blog. I have no idea how they pick the blogs to feature - it must have been a slo day.

Unfortunately, my DH buys the quarts - no little cups for him! And he knows my weaknesses!
