My Goals:
I started on Spark People over a year ago and lost about 15 lbs. Recently I have gone up a lb. or 2 (over the holidays and some travels) and would prefer to lose 5 more lbs. so I am trying extra hard again.

My Program:
I try to stick close to 1200 calories a day but that doesn't allow for much eating out. I exercise at the gym most days. My weekly classes include Cardio Kick Boxing, Boxfit, Technical Boxing, Step, Boot Camp and various Body Sculpt and Weights Classes. I used to do 1 Yoga and 1 Pilates class a week but the times of these classes at my club no longer fit into my schedule.
My activities include skiing and walking in winter and tennis and walking in summer.

Personal Information:
I'm a 60 year old Canadian. I live in a large urban center. I find that most of my friends are not terribly interested in a healthy living style. The people at my gym are all 20-30 years younger than I am.
