Hi, my name is Ruth. As a recent graduation from nursing school, I have found myself 20 pounds heavier from the day I started school. I wish I could say that I learned self control, but the sleepless nights of studying found me with a bag of chips.

Now that life is finally settling down, I am making a stance to start over and live a healthy lifestyle. Working the night shifts (7pm-7am) I am determined to not rely on the vending machine to get me through my shifts.
