Hi. I am in Waco, TX not Virgina but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. Our object is to keep a record book and collect a stamp for each event that we do. I've done over a 1000 of the 10K events in Texas and in 46 other states. I'm good thanks! Having some trouble getting used to meeting my nutrition ranges again. I used to be expert! Now I can't seem to get enough fibre or protein. More practice required... How are you? x

Things are about the same here. My son got his Eagle Scout award and will be graduating high school in May. Other wise it's business as usual.
