No Excuses---Time To Get Healthy

My name is Gwen And I've been a Sparker since 2007, although only seriously in the last year. I've had some success in the 5% challenges but not the most recent ones. I'm ready to rock the Fall Challenge and reach my goal weight once and for all! My expectation is nothing but SUCCESS!

My Goals:
Lifestyle change: eat a healthy diet, and live a more active lifestyle.

Long term goal is to reach a healthy BMI.

5% Fall Challenge
Goals & Commitments Are As Follows:

I will track my food and water daily.

I will record exercise minutes/points each day.

I will lose at least 7 pounds during the Fall 2014 challenge.



My Program:
Exercise at least 45 minutes a day 6 days a week

Do Spark People strength training videos at least 4 times a week.

Run/jog at least once a week



Personal Information:
I live in Eastern North Carolina.

I am married with 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.






Other Information:
I enjoy reading, cross word puzzles, jig saw puzzles, sudoko...anything that presents a challenge.

Having said that I should LOVE losing weight :-)
It's one of the biggest and most important challenges I've ever faced!

TY, I've accomplished most of my goals this challenge. I was to lose 2lbs a month, and for. February it was 4!!! Love it. We on the. Dawggie team did a week of no junk food. The following week it was a choice of either no junk food or 150. Calories a day of junk food. Surprisingly, some joined who normally do not!! Was. Fun!!

That's a good part of my success as well as many others. We decided to keep it for the rest of the challenge. As well as we do on exercise and LTGL, We struggle with the weigh in.
