Healthy Lifestyle changes
I have a 7 year old son with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy and Autism. I am also carrrying about 120 extra pounds of body weight that I would like to loose, for two reasons. One, just to be a healthier sexier me, and two to help me be better able to help my son as his disabilities get worse.

My Goals:
I have decided to break my goals down a little. I am going to have healthy lifestyle goals and weight loss goals. Healthy lifestyle goals: Exercising at least 10 minutes each day. Drinking at least 8 ounces of water each day. Learn correct portion sizes, which you can only learn by living it. Weight loss goals: Less 10 pounds 13 times to be a healthier sexier me. First 10 pounds met on 3-7-11. Second 10 pounds for a total of 20 met on 09-16-12 Sorry I stole the whole "10 pounds 12 times" from another member.
My Program:
My program is to eat healthy, from the suggested meal plans loosly. I usually am not home for dinner, so I grab a healthy choice, lean cuisine or smart ones along with a vegetable from work, and to exercise a little every day, even if it's only for 5 minutes.
Other Information:
I would like to share my mantra "If you're handed it, you can handle it."
