I want to Shrink 80 pounds!

Here I am again. For the last ten years, I have gained and lost the same thirty pounds. When actually I need to lose *80* pounds. Now I understand what I need to do and finally put it in action.

In Mid Feb. to March 20th, I have lost 10 pounds.

How did I do it?

Eating high protein and lots of Veggies. I am using Organic Food as much as possible. But honestly its expensive so I get Strawberries, Blue Berries, Black Berries, and Raspberries from the grocery ...

I walk 2 miles about 3-4 times a week. I started weight training this week. I am going to do it 3-4 times a week. I am starting to add light jogging in small spurts. Its been a cold start to spring in NC. Its still too cold to walk and jog daily. I am ready for days to warm up.

My Goals:
Drink More Water!

A healthy 1500 calorie diet.

Eat More Veggies!

Lose 70 pounds! But my first goal is to get below 200!

I would like to run a lap around the track and not get winded.

Gain more muscle and lose the fat!

My Program:
I eat my biggest meal at breakfast. I find it MAJORLY curbs my appetite through out the day.

Every morning I eat a large healthy salad before I eat anything else. I usually have some protein.

I am sticking to a 1500 calorie diet. Eating a lot of fruit and veggies. Plus plenty of water.

I walk 2.5 miles about 3-4 days a week.





Personal Information:
I am currently single and with no kids. So I have no excuses! ;)

I live in Durham, NC.

I am blessed with a amazing family and friends. They are great support for me.
