My Goals:
1. Become a healthier person in general.

2. Stop eating fast foods.

3. Limit my bread/red meat intake.

4. Exercise daily.

5. Stop drinking sodas and dark drinks all together!

My Program:
I will eating healthier by adding veggies, fruits, lean meats, and whole grains to my diet. I plan on replacing the baddies with these goodies!

I plan on walking1 mile a day/7 days a week.
I also plan on alternating between a cardio and strength training video everyday as well. c:

I started a 10 Minute of Exercise Per Day challenge on 3/1/12 . My goal is to exercise aleast ten minutes a day.

Hello Gwenda and welcome to the Alabama SP Team!!
My best advice to you it so start slowly. Don't try to change everything at once because you will get overwhelmed and quit. Just set a small goal and and do what it takes to achieve that goal. Then set another and move toward it....before you know it you are on your way to a healthier lifestyle!!
