Hello there, my name is Amanda, I'm 20, currently taking classes and hope to become a speech pathologist. I have always struggled with my weight and always been the chunky girl.

I always try to make healthy changes but I always seem to be drawn back into unhealthy habits. Which has a bit to do with the fact myself and family are always on a tight budget so we can't always eat healthy, which can be an issue for everyone. My current weight goes from the low 170's to the high 160's ...

I always try to make healthy changes but I always seem to be drawn back into unhealthy habits. Which has a bit to do with the fact myself and family are always on a tight budget so we can't always eat healthy, which can be an issue for everyone. My current weight goes from the low 170's to the high 160's depending on the days. Ideally, I'd like to get down to 125 area. Just to see what it'd be like, lol. Have never really been fit in my life..

Anyways, my life currently consists mostly of studying, my boyfriend and attempting to lose weight. :)

I would recommend joining a few teams of people with similar interests or a similar amount to lose. That's a great place to connect with friends to cheer you on along the journey to health.
