Hi There - I am happy to hear you are in a good place. What is TTC that you are starting with your hubby? My hubby is a black belt martial artist and a yoga enthusiast. These two areas work different areas of the body and maintain health. I think it is really important for all of us to remember that we are holistic beings....therefore mind, body and soul.....has to be fed with good and healthy thoughts, feelings, food, etc..
