New Goal added 1-1-14:
11. 2014 is going to be a great year for me because this year is going to be ABOUT ME.


New Goal added 8-1-14:

12. No more chemical addiction, going strictly whole foods. If it has a word in the ingredients that I can not read, understand or pronounce, I will not consume it! It all started with a piece of chemically created gum that turned into a light bulb moment, then turned into action and action will get results.

My Program:

No more Low Carbing
(7-31-2014)
Started Forks over Knives/Plant Based Whole Foods.
(12-30-14)
Stopped Plant Based Only/Started Paleo.


Living Fat2Fit focus.
Commit to be committed to my program. Failure is not an option.

Cardio:
Walking, slow running/jogging. On the Treadmill using Virtual Active Run Series 2. DVD. Also bought the Virtual Active Hike Series 3. When I don't feel like runnning I climb.

Strength:
Beginner Kettlebells 10 lbs. Training DVD is from GoFit by Brook Benten -

SparkPeople Workout 28 day boot camp with Coach Nicole

Strectching & Toning: (my fav)
Callanetics: by Callan Pinckney 10 Years Younger in 10 hours.

Other Information:
Self Discipline is not always fun but it is always effective.
