One Last Time
I've done this a million times up and down on the scale. I just want to feel good about myself and feel comfortable in my own body. Here's hope'n this time will serve to change not just the scale but my whole lifestyle!

My Goals:

� Changing my diet to include more fresh veggies and whole grains
� Cardio exercise at least four times a week for fifteen to twenty minutes
Personal Information:
I'm a student going for a fine art degree. I work part time. I don't have children or pets but my life still seems a little more hectic than I can handle most of the time. At twenty eight I'm finding life only gets more complicated and stressful as you get older.
Other Information:
I love everything about the outdoors but have found absolutely no time for it since starting my school four years ago.
