I have been away from SP for a long time now and have gained fat, lost motivation and picked up some of my old bad eating habits. I'm sick of myself this way and am back at SP, on a limited basis, to get my motivation back! I would like my nice figure back too but I'm more concerned with regaining energy levels as well as my self respect!
My main goal is to get back to a consistent exercise program. I also want to baby step my way back into healthier eating.

I was recently diagnosed with severe COPD/Emphysema and my right hip dislocates from time to time. I don't want to use these problems as excuses but instead learn to exercise in ways that don't aggravate the hip and that will help me breathe better. If anyone out there has exercise ideas for me, please let me know!

My Goals:

To lose fat, gain motivation and get back into a consistent lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise.

I also want to organize my house, declutter and get rid of all the excess junk that has been accumulating over the years that just add dust, which only aggravates my lung problems.


My Program:

I like to work out at home with dozens of different workouts and programs. I am currently hooked on Jackie Warner and also like to work out with Jillian Michaels and The Supreme 90 Day Workout system. Variety keeps me interested.

I like to mix cardio and ST for fat loss and muscle building/toning and need to work on increasing my endurance and flexibility.

Personal Information:
I'm happily married with grown children, grandchildren, an awesome husband and great dog too!

I am a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist and am also an Herbalist. I work part time in a naturopathic clinic.

I love to sing, garden, exercise, crochet, cook/bake, read and make herbal medicines and beauty products. My future goals are to keep bees and create lovely herbal honeys.

My son Josh lives in Whittier, Alaska and Airavee, the daughter, lives only a couple of miles from us with our three grandkids Tiva, Lily and Noah.

My husband and I like to camp, hike, fish and take long walks with our dog Fraulein. We love to grow our own vegetables and herbs. We hope to travel more in the future.

Other Information:
I would love to find a female fitness buddy in my area. I live in Kent, Washington, on the west hill.

Kelly, I am using Women's health book on 15 minute exercises. I has a lot of different circuits to choose from - I would do Supreme 90 3 days a week - but that is a full 30 minutes in addition to running 3 days a week and a yoga workout of like 30 minutes - I don't have time right now. I will look at Jackie Warner's DVD I do have 3 o them.
