I have been away from Sparkpeople for nearly a year now and it has been rough! I have gained about 11 lbs since June of 2012 and have almost completely stopped exercising. After 15 years of maintaining at around 100 lbs and making exercise a daily routine I don't know what made me go off the path I had so faithfully trod for so long but I know that leaving SP was part of my decline. I don't have much time for blogging and such but I do plan to check in a few times a week and blog at least weekly about my progress.
I know I can do this and just need the support and encouragement of my fellow sparkers!

My Goals:

To lose some stubborn belly fat and to tone up all over.
Another goal is to continue to improve my diet by eating as clean as possible and eating as much organic food as I can afford. At this point most of my diet is organic except for meat, which is just out of my budget for now.

My Program:
9/19/2012
Supreme 90 Day Challenge, various cardio routines and AB work, trying to fit in between 350 and 400 fitness minutes per week. I am also trying to eat clean and manage to keep about 80% of my diet clean and organic.

Personal Information:
I'm fairly boring but in a good way; happily married with a couple of grown kids and three grandchildren. Married to an awesome guy and have a pretty good life. I'm in the medical field and work very part time, allowing me time for my hobbies, which include: herbalism, which for me involves making products for health and beauty with herbs, as well as cooking,
singing, music, gardening, movies and reading.
I love spending time with my husband Gunn, my dog Fraulein and my fmaily.

How's my dear friend doing these days? It seems that it's been forever and I think it has! I've been struggling and so afraid that I've gained, that I really don't even want to get on the scale! The exercising has slacked off and then I go gung-ho and then I don't. So it seems like it's been a regular roller-coaster! I hope that you have better news for me. No news is good news? ! Hope so! So glad someone is finally helping you. I hope it gets better and better.

Such great news about your son. Hopefully he will be willing to stay up there for quite a while. It sounds like it suits him.

Kelly - no hurt persay - just this nagging Achilles. My massage therapist said I had trigger points all up and down the right calf and inflammation. Taking Advil, icing, and rolling - hoping it helps. I am still out running.
