My Goals:
I'm here for two reasons:

First, I'm a chronic overeater. I'd eat until I'm stuffed and cannot move without feeling ill, and the feeling makes me feel bad about myself. I figure if I keep track of what I eat, I might be able to "program" myself to eat a sensible amount of food at a time.

Second, the fitness tracking and articles on SP help me to analyze my lifestyle objectively and figure out what I can do to improve it. I'm a competitive person, so even silly little things like SparkPoints are enough to motivate me.

My Program:
-Follow nutrition goals.
-Fast once a week.
-Avoid second helpings.

-Walk every morning and evening.
-Go to the gym at least once a week.

Nutrition Goals (09/06/07):

1200-1550 calories
135-252 g carbs
27-60 g fat
60-136 g protein
25-35 g fiber
100-150% calcium

Hi Gumbie!

first of all congrats on your wedding! I wish you both all the very best, lost of respect, love and joy ;) It seems that you have reached your goal weight, that is sooo cool. I'm still on the struggle to get there myself, but in the mean time I'm glad I'm a healthier person. The model I got it from try it out, it's so cool. Stay in touch!
