Hello my name is Stephanie, I would like to start off by saying "we take so much for granted until it is taken away from us." Hello my name is Stephanie, I would like to start off by saying "we take so much for granted until it is taken away from us." I have always been a very active and outgoing lady of GOD with low self-esteem, hated my body and looks. I have always weight 91-93 lbs. At the age of 38 up to 105-110. Now age 47 168 wow. God allow me to see the blessing I had and did not appreciate, I became ill at 41 chronic pain disease(fibromyalgia and heart tach) Could NOT stand to be touch, had to be lift in and out of bed. Lived on 1 hour sleep daily, depression, I ask God to take the pain away or call me home to rest. Drs said I would lose usage of my dominant right arm I have only lost 30%. Not able to exercise, walk 5 miles a day .Never had to watch what I ate, BLESSED. Steroids, did and will blow you up. I prayed and God answered my prayers, I am now taking less medications, start walking, stretching no more pity parties. I am here to reclaim what the devil has taken from me. It starts now healthy eating, exercise and cont. to praise GOD. About the woman married to a God fearing man, 3 biological children, 2 adopted children, 2 adorable grandkids, girl and boy. I tell them a family that prays together stays together and that is what HELP me get through all of this. Now after finding SP we are going to stay together and do this. I love people and GOD has once again answered my prayers. Anyone that share my story or feel I can be an support please give me a comment and I will answer. My Goals:
CLOSER WALK WITH GOD- I have a walk already, but can never be to close don't get comfortable thinking you do.
EATING HEALTHY- By doing so I am taking care my body and that of my family .
EXERCISE- To be able to do the things I was allow to do prior to my illness. I am not dead. You just start living when you turn 40 and watch out 50.
DETOX- Free myself from all the medication the Doctors had me own and told me I had to live with the rest of my life. So far I am making liars out of them. GOD is my Doctor and said CHILD NO MORE TRUST AND BELIEVE IN ME. 20+pills can I said now 4-5 THANK YOU JESUS
MOTIVATOR- Be the lady of God I was call to be and encourage women, children, neglect, abuse, drug addictions. We all can relate in one way or another if not ourselves. A family member, friend co-worker.....
My Program:
To start a healthy eating plan with all of you guys help. HOOORAAY. and to get
PRAYER- BIBLE STUDY, TEACHING, WITNESS,ETC,
LOG ON SP, PLAN MY MEALS, WATCH THE NUTRITION, MAKE MYSELF EAT, SHOP AHEAD FOR THE WEEKLY FOOD. PREPARE KIDS, HUSBAND LUNCH, AND WHAT WE ALL DO, CUT OUT FASTTTT FOODS. YEAH
DO MY STRETCHES, DRINK WATER, DO MY CARDIO,DRINK WATER,HELPS WITH THE FIBROMAYALGIA, DEPRESSION. CLEAN A LITTLE AT A TIME, GARDENING, STILL CAN'T SEW DUE TO HAND IMPAIRMENT. SMALL STEPS. I HAVEN'T DONE THIS IN ALMOST 7 YEARS.
DECREASE MEDICATION, APPLY ALL THESE ABOVE, DO YOGA, AND ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT. WAITING FOR AUTHORIZATION FROM INSURANCE TO AGREE TO PAY FOR THIS. PRAY FOR ME SAINTS. DRUGS HAVEN'T HELP THE PAIN. ACCUP
Personal Information:
I was born in Picayune, MS moved to San Diego where I currently resides. I am a christian and love GOD, FAMILY, AND PEOPLE. I always been hard on myself and had low selfesteem. Now with the weight wow. Always been under 100 until 38. Got up to 105, Got ill at 41 and went up to current weight 168 at the age of 47. But with the help and motivation of this program and God, I CAN AND WILL ACHEIVE MY GOALS.
Other Information:
I Love to walk, read, gardening, and children are my weakness. Great Kids, grandchildren, not necessarily in that order.lol. AND would love to make a differnet in someones else life.
