Trying to stop the ride!
Up and down, up and down. I drop to 185, then I gain until I'm 194. Then I drop to 191 and I gain 3 more pounds. I love eating. I love the tasting, my cooking is fabulous, I love the going out to eat experience, I love eating. Most of the time, when I start eating, I can't stop. Once I was 127, for an HOUR! Ha hahahahahaha Trying to diet again. Hoping I can keep losing weight. My body does really well the first 2 weeks but then it starts gaining even though I'm exercising ...

Then it's up, up, up again.
