Don't run! Is only sandvich!

[UPDATE May 2012] Well I went off track for a good six months reverting back to the old habits of comfort eating, and I`ve regained half of what I lost. I was so miserable about my body and the comments I was getting it turned into a vicious cycle. It took a few months to get back into the spark, but I`m doing pretty well with alot of indian cooking at home, I`ve found I love spices, vegetables and legumes! Looking forward to losing the regain so I can start making new progress towards my goal. ...

WL is not easy but it is worth it for the results.

[2011]I`ve been working hard for more than half a year and really starting to see the results!
I`ve had a tough year work wise but I tried so hard to not slip back, I stalled but now back on track and making good progress. I hope to avoid any more yoyo-ing.
Like many people I have had issues with eating for a long time, but hopefully on the journey I can come to terms with this too.
