If you want to do it, you have to stick to it!
Hi, My name is Gina and im 41 with three kids that range in ages from 6 to 17 yrs old. I have struggled with my weight for many years now. I am like a yo yo. My downfalls are Carbs.... I love them and obviously eat too many. I think when you put on the weight you just tend to loose the energy. I will be happy to get back lots of the energy that i used to have. My Goals:
My goals are definatly to eat less and healthy and exercise more. Spend more time outside even though we are going into winter. Go to church mor often. It definatly helps my spiratual aspect and just be a little more open and outgoing with myself and others.
My Program:
With Sparkpeople it is not that hard to keep track of goals and what you eat. It has wonderful information and articles and people too. I try to fallow the meal plans and hope to work in much of the exercise program also
Personal Information:
My name is Gina I live in Western Montana and have 3 children and a wonderful husband of 20 years. I am trying to be healthier than I have been in years. Hopefully I can loose the extra pounds so that I can feal and look great.
Other Information:
