My Goals:
Want to lose 60 lbs. Want to feel healthy abd fit.

My Program:
I am doing 45 - 60 minutes cardio 5 days a week. Vary workout to include walking, jogging, elliptical, treadmill and Wii Fit. Strength training 3 days a week for 20 minutes.

Personal Information:
Live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Avid sports fan. Work in Center City Philadelphia.
