    How was the trip and the beer!?!!? Lol

    Yes I was so excited last week for our girls night they had gluten free pizza items it was kind of nice, every so once in awhile it's nice not to order a salad! I even had a few glasses of wine and I have to admit when I got home I wanted to hang out in the kitchen and started eating but I didn't! The darn wine I think effected me it's just not good for me with everything going on in my life! The after effects really get me down it seems like! And my girlfriend wanted me to get trashed!!! I don't know call me unfun like people do but I'm just pass that point in my life plus it does nothing for me. I don't need to be trashed to dance on a bar! Haha

    Ok sorry for the rambling there I go again! Hehe!!

    Thanks for stopping by!!! I'm spamming up your page!!! Lol How is the wheat treating you!?!?!? We have this peanut butter that has wheat germ and flax in it and I'm sensitive to peanuts anyway but my stomach hates me! Darn and it taste good and I'm out of almond butter till I make it to the cities!

    Wow Wheat Belly, that seriously sounds like me! After your post I told myself I'm gonna work a lot harder on tryin to get it out of my system. It's hard once I start eating it I do want it all the time when I'm without though I really don't miss is at all. I feel soooo much better. First I'm working on wheat then I'll work on my sugar!:). You know I use to be a pasta girl but now honestly I could leave it. OMG Olive Garden chicken scampi and bread sticks all the time and I think I always had atleast 4 I always walked out there so stuffed and miserable but damn it tasted good! Lol. I actually enjoy spaghetti squash instead of pasta, have you tried it? They do also make some good gluten free pasta, I wanted chicken noodle soup with my family so I bought those noodles and my MIL made a tasty lasagna with gluten free noodles too you couldn't even tell the difference. But I think I it's something you don't eat daily you can indulge!:).
