My Goals:
I'd like to weight below 190 pounds. I did it in college on my own, I can do it again! I was my happiest then and I want to be just as happy with myself right now!

My Program:
To meet my goals I'm taking my lunch breaks and going to the gym, instead of getting sucked into a Pad Thai Buffet! I also have issues with drinking enough water, so I am also going to be doing a lot better with that. I'll be doing mroe yoga, strength training, and cardio to keep healthy and NEVER get sick! :)
