Thanks for the goodie, yes I have but a push on to get the body moving this month. Along with the 30 day Cure. I'm concerned how long I will be able to keep the exercise up. Right now it is helping with keep ing the blood sugar even. Yet the last time I had to be very careful not to over due because my sugars seem to increase after working out rather than drop like they should and then a few hours later I fall way low ! I'm good to go for now !
