For 2014, I want to lose 10 pounds and work on increasing my energy levels and just overall sense of well-being. I need better exercise and sleep habits. At 47, I'm much more comfortable with who I am. I found 40 to be quite freeing that way. However, I want to feel confident about my body and make sure that it is strong and healthy.

My Goals:
I want to lose 10 pounds by mid-April.

I would like to reduce my body fat to 30%



My Program:
I will track calories on a regular basis.

Strength /core training 3x per week


4 cardio sessions/ week - Zumba or walking.

Personal Information:
I am married, work full time and have a great husband, two awesome boys ( 12and 16) and a really cute dog.

I like to read and watch movies.
