My Goals:
Get down into my teens for body fat, and get rid of my jiggly thighs!!

My Program:
Turbulence Training (body weight, weight lifting & intervals), Eat Stop Eat (intermittant fasting)

Personal Information:
Engaged to a wonderful soldier who's pretty much gone for 3 yrs, so planning my wedding is almost impossible... Mother of 3 in So Bend, IN - 2 teenage boys & a 4 yr old girl!

Other Information:
I love sports, dancing, shopping (shoooooeees!), cooking, having family parties, yoga, weights, decorating my home, writing, and being online pretty much constantly!!
