My name's Kevin, I'm an Army veteran. I'm currently living in Northern Wisconsin with my wonderful, intelligent, caring, and sexy wife (she likes to argue this point, but it's futile.) We have a beautiful little girl who keeps us busy and laughing. I enjoy working for UPS now and going to college for a medical lab technologist degree. I'm here mostly because I hate the way I look, and don't like that I am out of breath from walking up one flight of stairs. I want to be around for a long happy life with my family and be able to be able to live all the moments I can with them to the fullest. Also I've forgotten what my feet look like.

My Goals:
For now I just want to lose weight and get into a healthy bmi. Get my cholesterol under control, Get on a regular weight lifting program again.
My Program:
I'm going to start tracking my calories and learn to set up more healthy meals for all of my family. Bust out my old Army workout journal and start sweating it off.

I'm from California and Nevada originally and I'm 25 years old.
Other Information:
I'm laid back and kind of a nerd at heart, I like Wierd Al and have read Harry Potter books a few times through, but I also enjoy jumping out of airplanes and building things. I play a lot of video games, but not WOW. Um yea I'm just a happy guy and not very complicated.
