My Goals:
My goal in life is to get back a lot of the strength I have lost due to previous injuries, health concerns.

My Program:
My program is to eat a healthy organic vegetarian diet. I do all the excercising I can do without doing further damage from arthritis &fibro,etc.,previous injuries.
