Here I go...My name is Tina, I'm 35, a mom of 4, trying to start into a new healthier life - AGAIN... I live in Vienna, Austria. The hardest part for me is not eating at night.
Do I have a procrastination problem? I don't know, I'll finish this page later...
There is no use trying, said Alice; one can't believe impossible things. I dare say you haven't had much practice, said the Queen. When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
Drink more water
Eat less cheese :-)
eat more fruits and veggies
finish the salad
stop surfing the web and get moving (except for being on sparkpeople of course)
run a 5k on May 18th (Vienna Womens Run)
Exercise and low calorie/low fat food. Trying to form healthy habits, less sugar, whole wheat and rice, lots of fruits and veggies
cardio 5times a week
Pilates 4 times a week

I'm a mom of 4, 2 girls + 2 boys, working part time as a paramedic and EMD (emergency medical dispatcher)
I love running, baseball,skiing or snowboarding
If I have some free time I love to surf the web, watch CSI, read books or listen to music. In my life before kids I loved going to the theater and to music clubs.
I also passionately love to play board or card games with friends.
I don't collect anything and don't knit. I also don't own a dress or skirt or high heels for that matter... that's just not me.
Favorite books: read "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe" lately and loved it, love the motion picture too.
Music: Katie Melua, Pink, Jamie Cullum, India Arie, Feist, Eva Cassidy, Shawn McDonald etc,etc...
I myself play guitar, drums and all kinds of percussion instruments (cajon, bongos, ...)
