It's amazing what you can do when you try!

I really think you shouldn't think too much. About anything. Even dieting.
That's how I stay motivated: Don't even consider falling back into your old ways as an option. No really: the longer you think about it, the less motivated you get.
That's what really works for me, otherwise I'm disapointed in myself. Set a goal and simply stick to it :)

My Goals:
My most important goal is to get healthier again. I actually love sports and stuff, but since I'm deficient in iron plus a bone in my ankle had to regrow I kinda got out of shape ... well I wouldn't call myself overweight or anything, I'm starting with 65 kg. But I've got to say I would really be more content with less :)

Personal Information:
I'm M. I'm 19. I'm a "semi-vegan" (that's what I call being a vegeterian and being allergic to something in milk (: so I try to cut the dairy stuff but still eat eggs etc.). I'm a math major.
