Here is a link to my two-year testimonial for the No S Diet. I'm also including a link to the actual site, as the team here is quite small. The founder has a dry sense of humor which might offend some but I loved him from the beginning. You can tell he was never an emotional eater, but the program has really helped me cut through a lot of that. Hope you have some fun browsing!

BTW, I am still down and pants are even looser since my testimonial on Jan. 8. But I feel the time leading up to now has been crucial. It is definitely a long term plan.

My daughter just "detoxed" from Zoloft two weeks ago, she is still experiencing mental effects, but it was definitely the right choice for her to do.

Take it a day at a time and know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Good luck to you, I will be wishing a clean and symptom free detox.
