Toning and training

Ready for a tone up! Not getting any younger and I know my keeping my metabolism up isn't going to get any easier. SO, my goal is to tone up, get more energy, and get rid of this stupid asthma!! :) In summer, 2013 my husband and I want to ride our bicycles from Germany to Spain. Better start now!

My Goals:
I think I mentioned some in my intro text, but here are my goals:
Tone up - no more flab!!
Strength - I want to be able to rock climb and water ski, and move furniture with the hubby!
Get rid of the asthma - exercise induced and it's awful!
Be healthier with more energy!

My Program:
I live where there's paths everywhere to run/ride, so that's where my cardio is. I alternate walking (for now) and riding to work differnent muscle groups. On a rainy day, I use the trainer and hook up my bike. For core I mix it up between yoga, pilates, and Jackie Warner.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from TX, but now married, my husbands job takes us everywhere. I follow in anticipation of what adventures we'll find!
